Adult Day Health Care

Does a member of your family need a place to go during the day that offers medical care?
San Simeon now offers comprehensive adult day health services, including rehabilitative
and respite care, Monday - Friday from 9:30am - 4:30pm.
Registrants are provideded with the following services on a routine, daily basis:
- nursing
- case management
- clinical management
- medical
- diagnostic
- social
- rehabilitative
- recreational
- personal care services
The medical needs of registrants are assessed and met through an
individualized plan of care for conditions such as stroke recovery,
Alzheimer's disease and diabetes.
The Adult Day Health Care program includes complete lunch and refreshments.
Transportation is available (additional fees apply.)
Medicaid, long-term care insurance and private pay are accepted.
