The new Recreation Director

at San Simeon by the Sound Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is

 Margaret DeVito.  

Ms. DeVito has a degree from Suffolk Community College in Recreational Therapy and has more than 20 years experience in the field. She most recently held the position of Recreational Director at the Westhampton Care Center.

At San Simeon Ms. DeVito will be responsible for creating recreational programs for the residents and directing a staff of three assistants. 

She and here husband, Tony, reside in Rocky Point NY with son Anthony.

 “Our residents love to participate in social and physical activities both here and outside in field trips and visits to places of interest in the area. It’s my job to facilitate their agenda.”
