Dear Ms. Demasi,
We are pleased to advise you that your organization meets the eligibility requirements under the guidelines of the IBM Matching Grants Program.
IBM's Matching Grants Program offers a college or university the option of choosing either a cash match or an equipment/software credit match. IBM matches will be made in the form of cash unless the institution requests in writing they wish to elect the equipment/software match. The cash match is a 1:1 match for active employees and 1/2:1 for retired employees. The equipment credit match is 3:1 foractive employees and 1 1/2:1 for retired employees. All payments will be made annually in February for all gifts processed through December 31st. We are currently processing all pending application forms which we have received in support of your organization.
Any future IBM Matching Grant applications you submit must include at the bottom of each application the above IBM ID# which is unique to your organization. Any forms we receive without this number will be returned to you for completion. We will require written confirmation should the mailing address or the name of your organization change.
