Letter from President of the Board, Robert Wieczorek

Dear Supporters and Friends,

I am happy to write to you to tell you of the progress we have made to improve the quality of life for the residents of San Simeon by the Sound Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation. We thank you for your past support and ask you to be generous again.

In July we welcomed back residents to the newly renovated West Wing.  The new lobby area and administration offices are now about 99% complete.

Scheduled for reopening in November is the East Wing.  (See enclosed invitation)  Shortly thereafter, we will begin renovating the A Floor for our Adult Medical Day Care program.

San Simeon has a reputation for excellence in patient care and rehabilitation services, as evidenced by a recent thank you letter from Penny Coyle; “My rehabilitation at San Simeon was wonderful!  The staff was caring and gentle.  Everyone was intent on making you feel important and worthwhile.”  Our staff works hard to maintain high standards, and our Board works diligently to support them with the necessary funding. Won’t you join us in that effort? It is a most worth-while project for your contribution dollar.

Please write out a check today . . . all levels of contributions make you a part of this project.  To learn how to make your contribution a memorial or a tribute, or perhaps consider a major gift as a naming opportunity for one of the new areas, Contribution Guides are available upon request. Call us at (631) 477-2110 and ask for Judy Irwin.

San Simeon is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit community health resource.  All contributions are tax deductible, and will be duly acknowledged.

Trusting in your generosity.

Very truly yours,

Robert R.Wieczorek
