- Take Long Island Expressway to the end (exit #73)
- At the fourth traffic light, make a LEFT onto Mill Road (after turning, Home Depot will be on the right)
- Take to the end
- RIGHT onto Route 48 / Sound Avenue
- Continue 30-35 minutes (passing Southold Town Beach and SoundView Restaurant & Motel - near the end of the trip)
- San Simeon will be on the RIGHT
