San Simeon By The Sound Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation has been offering expert and loving healthcare to seniors in the community since 1979.

With that long record of respect and experience also comes the reality of the passage of time and the wearing of facilities, however. We now have an amazing opportunity to take our motto of offering expert “Healthcare for Living” to another level by renovating our existing facilities and adding a much-need Adult Medical Day Care Center for the community. In fact, our organization is the proud recipient of a $3.1 million renovation grant from New York State to that end. However, the grant requires that we match the funds provided by the state. Therefore, we are focusing our fundraising initiatives this year on reaching that goal and making our dream of a new and expanded facility a reality for our residents and the community at large.
